In this video I will show you our full training day on Tuesday 29th October in preparation for our USL Championship playoff semi final match against Phoenix Rising FC on Friday 1st November.

Benefits of gelatin immediately prior to exercise:
Snacking on gelatin before exercise may help provide the body with nutritional building blocks useful for repairing injuries. Downing a gelatin snack along with some O.J. before exercising might limit injury to bones and muscles, a new study shows.
