Before we get started, I want to give a special thanks to Adept Expeditions for allowing me to use their stunning footage. It’s truly breath taking and essential to sharing the story of the Great Pyramid.
I’d also like to acknowledge Anyextee, the tour operator behind Adept Expeditions, whose dedication to exploring and preserving these ancient wonders is unparalleled. You can learn more about their work or join one of their incredible tours by visiting [www.adeptexpeditions.com](www.adeptexpedi...).
For those of you interested in ground breaking research, I highly recommend reading Mark Lehner's paper, *Niches, Slots, Grooves and Stains: Internal Frameworks in the Khufu Pyramid?*. It’s an insightful look into the potential internal structures of this ancient marvel. [Access the paper here.](www.academia.edu)
Additionally, if you’d like to explore my theory of pyramid construction, check out this video where I break it down step by step: [Watch on KZbin] ( • Did the Djed pillar he... .
And if you’re fascinated by ancient mysteries, don’t miss my book, *Gods Can Torque*, available now on Amazon. It’s a deep dive into groundbreaking theories and fresh perspectives on ancient engineering. [Get the book here.](www.amazon.com)
With their help-and through the insights shared in my book and research-we’re able to bring these ancient spaces to life. Now, let’s uncover the secrets of the Grand Gallery and King’s Chamber together."

Amazing work, makes sense to me. If and when all the voids and passages are ever found it will be great to see your progress. I wonder if this process can also be applied to the other pyramids?

Was the subterranean chamber also the position of a DJed pillar for getting blocks to the tops of the pyramids?

@@jimtripman9002 hi Jim … re the subterranean chamber, this video is set to private but the link should get you there. Basically I think the symbol djed means winch. Djeds can be compounded into pairs and multiple the output force = (false doors). The subterranean winch is just a huge block and tackle. It brought the heavy stones onto the plateau at the start of construction. In turn those stones held the wooden chambers in position. kzbin.info/www/bejne/rILCmo2vZql5b6ssi=Cy6BYzVALNxbSJ5S

I dont belive the mechanical advantage is being applied as you describe it here. If the workers are pulling on the smaller diamter spool then there is a speed advantage on the load spool. ie, spinning the small wheel takes a lot of force to generate greater speed on the large wheel. Much like a ramp, the lower the angle the less force is required to lift vertically but more distance is used. When travelling a longer distance on the large wheel a mechanical advantage is realised at the small wheel. That is why the djed works well as a windlass. The spools at the top have a larger diameter than the pillar itself. In your mind is this winch in the kings chamber intended for speed or lifting? If intended for lifting then the workers need to pull on the larger wheel.

Thank you for your thoughtful comment and for pointing out an important aspect I didn’t fully clarify in the video. You’re absolutely right about the mechanics: if workers pull on the smaller diameter spool, it will indeed create a speed advantage. The goal was to quickly retrieve the rope after lowering workers or materials. Regarding the descent of workers, I didn’t address it sufficiently in the video, and you make an excellent point. A large spool could indeed have had a braking mechanism, such as a lever applying pressure to the pulley, or even a belaying technique, to control the descent safely and steadily. Thank you again for your input it’s comments like yours that help refine and improve these ideas. I may create a follow-up video to delve deeper into these mechanics and clarify the points I missed.
