Funny and instructive indeed. Those treacherous pawn endgames ;D Here it was important to triangulate in order to move into the kings' opposition or distant opposition. And don't just trust your opponent. If you're not sure whether a position is winning or drawn, just give it a try, or like here a good think. There's no shame in accepting a draw later.

Exactly. Black has zero losing chances, so just play it out till the end. The best advice I ever received is to never offer a draw and never accept a draw offer.

I think Firouzja lost an extremely similar position to Carlsen at the Norway Chess this year. The guy doesn't like pawn endgames that much 😅
