I like the knife, but it could use a better deployment method. Also, I'm pretty sure most places that serve steak have their own cutlery. If I went to a restaurant and they were too cheap to provide their own cutlery, I wouldn't trust the quality of their steak, especially if the restaurant was called "Opossum Paradise".
