This song sounds like it is mocking me. It laughs because you thought that you could save all those people and instead you brought them a world where children only see red. Only in that thin section a minute in does the song show you how you really feel. While the rest of the song is upbeat and jovial, the song you would have gotten for saving all those people, instead it is a almost perfect eldritch horror. Your attempt to achieve greatness mocked by an uncaring universe. Do you feel like a hero yet?

@@darkestccino5405 you get it by helping a guy for like, no profit at all. After a while the guy starts becoming mad and obsessed with his mission about helping others, and in the end he wants to "turn the sky into flesh". The ending slide is about the flesh meteorites, at first they are seen as a grace, everyone gets organs for free. Then loads of meteorites hit the planets, almost drowing the population in blood and rotting organs, leaving an entire galaxy full of children who will never see another color beside red.

@@darkestccino5405 basically if You cooperate with some kind of space revolutionaries wanting to create an endless source of organs for everyone they totally fuck up and create a fountain of endless amounts of meat, and it's spreading everywhere in the universe
@generalrubbish95132 жыл бұрын
@@darkestccino5405 [SPOILER WARNING] To get the ending, you need to fulfill contracts for this guy who claims to work in a secret organ cloning lab. Apparently, it IS possible to grow organs artificially, it's just that the technology has been suppressed by the "powers that be" that profit from the organ trade. Eventually, though, the lab gets discovered and sabotaged, and the guy himself gets hurt but escapes with his life. In the end, he asks you for two specific organs that he apparently needs for his final, last-ditch plan that's supposed to "fill the sky with meat" and provide free organs for everyone. If you deliver this final order, you get the ending sequence where you're told about "meateors" made out of organs that start falling out of the sky. At first, this is a cause for celebration (for everyone except the organ traders, that is), but the "meateors" never stop coming, until finally, every inhabited world in the galaxy is buried under layers and layers of flesh. "A galaxy of children who cannot understand that there are colors that aren't red", the game says. The ending scroll ends with "We finally have enough organs. We're choking on them." And guess what, I don't even think that's the most disturbing ending in the game.

@@herrabanani none of the songs on the ost play while you play the game normally. i'll copy paste from the ost album's bandcamp page: "the music in space warlord organ trading simulator does not work as an album as-is; it's a bunch of looping layered stems that clash together if you try to play them all at once and don't really work in song formats. so when it came time to do the soundtrack album i remixed it. all of it. the whole thing. this contains, beat for beat, pretty much all of the music in the game and then some, but it's different here, weirder in its own way. it's a distinct Thing. i recommend playing the game and then listening to the album for the best experience."
