You may want to check with a Sound editor because starting at the 7:30 mark until the 9:15 mark there is a background noise similar to a HVAC fan that is quite noticeable. Otherwise, great information as I didn't realize how thin most overlays should be.

of suspicious of the concrete overlay standing up to any amount of water. unless the overlay is a polyurethane concrete. speaking as a brewer by profession i have lots of opinions about floors and their water fastness hahah
