I posted a long reply to the video you talk about your health problem. I mentioned two potential things that might eliminate your problem. I want to make sure you saw it. Taking iodine and chelation of heavy metals were the two potential solutions. Iodine plays a function in getting rid of out of place cells if I remember correctly. I just saw a video this week of a woman who claims she rubs iodine on her breasts to get rid of lumps. I also saw the results of a study that found that only 1-2% of cancer patients have normal iodine levels while around 88% of cancer patients are very deficient in iodine. I know you don't have cancer but your condition is related in that it is also abnormal cell growth. Anyway I have cured myself of things you never hear of anyone being cured from so I don't take doctor's too seriously at times. Beautiful new video, thank you.

It's very interesting Kevin, I didn't know iodine was such a powerful heavy metal/abnormal cell purifier! I've tried clay and fasting for those matters but never iodine. I have been focusing on treating the root cause of my endo, nutrition, emotions, sacred feminine, inherited traumas and past lives... I have had significant changes but I must admit it's not been transcending in terms of pain reducing. I'm currently having a look at what interesting iodine supplement i could find! @@VerdantVanille I'm so glad that you saw my post. I mentioned some other details when I replied to your endo video that might be useful to you so I hope you find it too. Iodine doesn't remove heavy metals btw, I mention chelation because in my experience only two things have caused me health problems, deficiency or toxic metal or chemical contamination. My favorite iodine supplement is called J Crow's Lugol's solution 2% which has two forms of iodine in a certain ratio that's supposed to make it more absorbable or something. I take 3-5 drops per day in a little water. My favorite chelation product is called Bio-Chelate but I'm not sure if it's still available. There are many different chelation products, some are better for different things. Knowing how important chelation is for my health I'm always trying different chelation products. Zeolite detox and Pure Health Botanicals are two I'm currently trying. Zeolite is a mineral I think while the botanical detox uses cilantro and some other herbs. Going at chelation from two different angles, maybe I can become 20 again. LOL. When you use a medication, herb, or whatever always start very slow and gradually increase to the suggested dosage.

Winter's my favourite season. But we don't have snow here anymore. Not the right place to live in France when you love cold weather and snow. I left the very rare social media I had for the same reasons. I wasn't even spending a lot of time on them. Maybe 20 minutes two-three times a week. Enough time to fall in the comparison spiral. You definitely inspire us. I have had diagnosis recently. Several ones. I'm disabled and unable to work. Like others. It's not easy because society just make you feel like you are less than human.
