This amount of dough makes a lot of tortillas)) I divide the dough into two parts: I use the first part immediately, and the second part I stash in the fridge. The dough lasts up to 4 days and you can bake fresh flatbreads or pita breads at any time.

You will need:
~350-400 g wheat flour
~ 100-150 g whole wheat flour
200 - 250 ml of water at room temperature. The amount of water may depend on the moisture content of the flour.
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
2 tablespoons semolina
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
The dough should be VERY hard.
