@@TEXASMODELHOME Is there any demand for that particular house due to such a good price?🤔 I don't know, but as far as I remember a month ago I saw same house in another KZbin channel and they listed at, I think around $1.1M to $1.15M (can't say exactly as video was cleared from watch history). Is it so?

@SAYEDAHSANAHMADOFFICIALACCOUNT This model is very popular and I believe they only have a couple opportunities left with this phase. I took the price right off of the information we gathered from the builder so I know that is teh base price for this model. I obviously can't speak for the video you watched and in our experience it is highly unlikely they raised the price a 20+% in this market so quickly. What some agents do on KZbin is give the starting prices for that particular builder in that particular community which falls inline with what you are suggesting. The base prices for Britton in Star Trail start at $1,071,900 but its a single story 3,308 SF house. To me that just confuses the viewer. We try to be as transparent as possible. Why doesn’t anyone make beautiful one story homes? This house looks good but eventually the stairs will get on your nerves (especially as you age). Isn’t there a builder who makes a one story that is this nice. Texas REALLY drops the ball with single story houses. They are always small and dinky.

@mstasha2022 There are several builders who make some nice single stories. Depends on price point but I would say, Britton, Toll Brothers, Highland/Huntington Homes are some. Lately however, they do seem to use the 2 story floor plans in models. We did an inventory home by Toll Brothers that was nice but its not staged. We also have some others coming up in the next few weeks.
