As I didn’t specify what nomadic actually is in this context, I will mention here and next episode. (Also Configs and RimPy order in Modlist) Nomadic means we will move around a lot, and won’t have a permanent base location. The camp’s I set up are not necessarily just for a night, I may stay for a few days to gather resources, for quests, or to recruit prisoners - if there is a quest, for example to look after a camel for 27 days in exchange for something amazing, then I may well take it, but will then pack up camp asap afterwards (although I don’t plan on doing something like this for more than a week in game) I will make camp most if not every night in a visible map, as really it is more interesting than the world map, and gives event chances when camping, and we will not stay in the same area of the world map for longer than necessary - it’s a big world that needs exploring, and I don’t want the series to last 100’s of episodes!

I see that lusty Argonian maids have somehow spread from Tamriel, on planet Nirn, to the Rimworld of Nova Roma. They could not find enough adventurers to keep them busy and even the Laat Dovahkiin could not slake their thirst. 😅

if you want them to do work at specific times of the days you need to change their schedule to work for the majority of the day and then 2 hours of recreation at the start of the day and the end of the day.

I was going to try voicing all the characters myself, but it just didn’t fit well. Instead found an animal crossing inspired text to voice generator that fitted. It does sound quite like some of his older stuff, although pretty sure he did the noises himself? Either way, I take it as a massive compliment for it to even be compared to his work, thank you 😊

I think for now I will be recruiting, but may not do adoptive daughter just yet, as when I checked the social tab, she actually doesn't like him due to her ideology! Will revisit the idea in a few episodes time after she is converted :)

interesting, feels like rimworld x bannerlord. i think you should add a mod that increase convertion rate so you can focus more in the gameplay rather than doing what a normal colony do.

You've got a new subscriber and someone following this series, also yeah recruit the child she would be a great help plus Brent doesn't feel like the type to be more like a fsther figure than a true owner of a slave to Green. Also conversion of members would make sense since he is supposed to be his goddesses champion.

A missionary playthrough, very interesting! I'm sure I've never seen one like it, I'm excited. It does seem that a missionary would want to convert his slave, even if you intend on freeing her, he is on a mission from [a] god after all. There should be "missionary" jobs, like just proselytizing on the street for donations, but hard labor surely pays better. I wish I could help out with a mod that would help Green not be terrible from all the travel, but my computer can barely handle the base game. I don't think the person that made that "Breedable" icon knows where babies come from, lol. Also, I agree that the intro gave me Sam Streamer vibes, pretty funny, I'd hope I'd be on a mission from the god that wanted to play board games, lol.

I love blind narrative gameplays, like Project Zomboid where the story isnt set.. maybe a little but the chance encounters, random things, and the man behind the screen has to roll with it in a narrative way is so interesting to me.

I mean the story here isn’t set either, depending on what happens will determine the outcome. I do have an ending in mind, but it may not get there, or something might crop up within the story which makes for a better ending. Already had a few things that have altered the story drastically, and am only up to episode 8 😂

The thing I like about it and the re_kenshi submod (adds in clonewars era factions, and that's what I updated,) Is the natural desert condition of base game Kenshi lends itself to a tatooine-esq background, and with the starwars music left in, cause SCREW YOU KZbin! DISPUTE! it does a fantastic job of conveying the starwars universe. The mod even has a bit of lore around it.

Looks very good and well-polished. Only thing leaving a bad taste in my mouth is the use of AI art for a series that's being monetized, but otherwise looks v promising

Thanks :) Honestly I am not a massive fan of AI art either, but I wanted something to make it a little more immersive. One of the things that delayed this series was because I was looking for places I could buy artwork similar to what I wanted. Only places I found that allowed use in monetized videos charged way more than my budget would allow (£20 per image) and seeing as at the moment this is my only source of income, and that would cost more than each video makes, I decided to try using Ai artwork. If the series takes off, then I may see if I can purchase some images for future episodes.

I think it's unlikely that the child will have a chance to mature into an adult through a playthrough. Maybe try to just stick with recruiting adults - just check their traits first to make sure they are decent and not some caveman? Not going to lie, those are some gross genes to see on a child. Those books you keep finding are also concerning - good thing she is too young to read. What kind of world is this again?

Had no idea about her genes when I installed that faction mod! Came as a bit of a surprise to me! The book is a meme from ‘The Lusty Argonian Maid’ from the Elder Scrolls series. It seems to non stop spawn on new maps for one reason! So may need to go and try to remove it from the game, as its a bit much!
