That is a TOP TIER comedic response. I bet that lady has jokes for days. Anyway; some fish do "sleep" others simply never do. Tuna cant stop swimming or they'll sink and die. Whales take micronaps, some reef fish will find holes to stay in for a while, theyre "resting", but not in a sleep mode like humans and their REM cycles. So the answer is yes and no.
