Great video Luca, right up my street I love these luftwaffe project aircraft. I was actually thinking about getting the academy one but didnt realise its a revell rebox, usually the other way around 😂 Nevertheless looks like a great little kit, looking forward to the build video on it! Cheers 👍

Thanks a lot! Glad you enjoyed this one, I do love a good Luftwaffe build too! Yeah I was a bit surprised and was expecting it to be the other way around but no! I would probably prefer the Academy kit since it has more decal options but the Revell one was a fair bit cheaper and is still just as good part wise😁 Thanks for watching and see you on the next one!

Playing into some of the "Fantasy" aspect in the comments, I have this kit and I'm thinking, someday, when I have the space to do so, I will build this kit. THEN....I'll put it in a derelict "What If" hangar with my HUGE 1/72 scale Squadron Models Hannebu II and the other Revell Hannebu II kit (which is among my stash too). I was thinking since the large Hannebu is in the standard splinter camo, maybe the Revell Hannebu in Afrika Corps livery and this Horten in some other fantasy scheme? Thoughts? I'm new to the channel, looking forward to more videos! Subscribed! Cheers!

Haha very nice, those saucers would definitely look interesting! You can get pretty crazy straying into the wonder waffle for sure hahah. I recon the Horton looks good with bare metal and wood, though I think someone did a Warthunder camo that was a hexagonal gloss black pattern that looked pretty cool in a sci-fi way! I think I’ll probably do a more standard luftwaffe camo scheme for it but not sure yet🤪 Thanks for the sub! See you on the next one for sure! -Luca

@Luca_Sprues_Model_Kits Wonder waffle!! Lol! Just about to have some now actually! The Horten would lend itself to a cool sci-fi paint scheme. Hmmmm....maybe I order another one. :) Cheers! See ya on the next video!

Cool review and kit. Lots of possibilities for "what if"; perhaps a captured one in US or UK markings. Is this aircraft the one the Germans were thinking of using as the "America Bomber"? Looking forward to build video! See you later and take care!

@@ultimatebucco3181 The Horten design that was proposed as a contender for the "Amerika Bomber" was the H.XVIIIA variant. It was to be a super long range tactical bomber. Collect model produce and impressive model of this subject, I would highly recommend 👍

@ indeed, I believe there is also an Arado E555 flying wing from Revell too in 1/72 scale if you want to go full Wolfenstien mode haha!

Thanks a lot glad you enjoyed this one! There is a lot, going to be a tricky one to decide but I do fancy a 1946 Luftwaffe scheme of some kind. I believe Convair was working on a USAAF flying wing as well during the war which would be an interesting comparison. Very hard to pick which kits to do and leave sometimes! Thanks looking forward to building it hopefully soon😁👍🏻 Catch you on the next one! -Luca
