For many a Greek the song "Αύγουστος" ("August"), composed and written by Greek icon musician Nikos Papazoglou, has a very special place in their heart. It has been interpreted by countless other artists, but I think it is fair to state that Manos Papadakis, with this live performance of "Αύγουστος", may count himself to top-interpreter after Papazoglou himself: Papadakis' performance is pure, bare and leaves the song in its right context.
