Thanks for dropping by, yep it really does make a big difference. At the end of the day the red light is better for retaining night vision and would be the choice for just sitting round eating and whatnot but when you are doing any detail the green is the way to go. And of course turning off all the lights and watching the fire or the night sky is even better!

Great review, Dick! Great price, and having the green light is a great feature! The best part about its looks is, once you have it on your head you can't see it 😁 Function is more important IMO. 👍🍻

Yep, I remember your review. For something so inexpensive it does work very well and we really have been using it a lot, in fact did a camping/product testing trip a couple days ago and used it. A year goes very fast!
