A Great Flathead Lure and My Most Requested Recipe!

Using a new lure (Buckabou) for the box and having some great success. Great little session on the low tide. Just got to go fishing when you can get out, can't wait for the perfect conditions and can be fun finding fish in all situations. The recipe is most requested by friends and family when I cook it for them. Perfect for Seafood or Chicken.
Ingredients:
Paste - 4 Cloves of garlic, thumb of ginger, bunch of coriander stalks, 3 large red chilli's (or to spice level), Lemmon grass, and one shallot
- 1-2L of chicken stock
- 1 can of coconut milk
- Kaffir lime leaves
- 1Lime
- Teaspoon raw sugar
- Fish Sauce Teaspoon
- Veggies of choice
- Noodles of Choice
- Fish, seafood or chicken
- Coriander
