I just found your channel yesterday and I'm glad I did because I love seeing the journey of others. I am not learning Chilean Spanish specifically, but it is always good to have an ear for every country's way of speaking. Thanks for sharing!

Yessss. My new language exchange partner speaks Chilean Spanish, and I am constantly like, "Que?" haha. Although I am learning Mexican Spanish specifically, thank you for these resources (especially the beginner ones). I will check out Spanish with Josy and the CNTV Infantil. Muchas gracias :-)

Bahahahaaaa the intro 🤣 I totally agree the dialect “difficulty” is totally just arbitrary based on what we’re used to lol. I haven’t watched it yet but a movie I have on my watch list is Chile ‘76. All the reviews were complaining about the Chilean accents sooooo, promising!? 😆

PS: I wrote in spanish, and I assume that you're familiar with the whole WEÓN and WEÁ things 😂 There is also a bilingual youtuber/tiktoker called "Maddie's Mundo", SUPER FLUENT in Chilean Spanish (she even has a chilean accent when she speaks, and that also means she speaks fast, so it would be in nivel avanzado) And remember, if you unblock the Chilean Spanish, all the other Spanish variants will be piece of cake, keep on the good work! 🙌🙂

Is Chilean Spanish the accent you are aiming to have later on? If so, then thats cool! I really like the dominican accent which is also being seen as a hard accent to understand/learn lol. goodluck to you either way, i like your vids!

yeah, eventually i think i'd like to have an accent that is influenced by chilean spanish! :) i LOVE the dominican accent! its so beautiful! i think its totally worth the challenge, and just a matter of getting more exposure to it! good luck to you as well :D and thank you sm!!

Importante la acentuación con "weá" (que viene de "huevada", cosa, asunto, etc), no confundir con wea ("hueva", testículo).

I would say if you realy want to test your "chilean" Doblao will give you the final test.

If people around the world want to living in chile and Chilean society. should understand our values not foreign traditions, Chileans traditions, if people want to be accepted by Chileans citizens.
