A Guide to Checking Your Dahlias From Start to Finish

Every month in the winter I check my dahlias in storage, and during my last check it was time to take them out of storage. Here's how I overwintered my dahlias successfully, and how I pot them up to wake them up and take cuttings to save as much space as possible.

I stored my in plastic tote bags with vermiculite and a bit of potting mix and it worked. Only thing is they are starting to grow. Ones in the fridge are okay.

Good to know the fridge actually works! I've suggested that to people, but never tried it.

@@ShiftingRoots yes the fridge works good. I put them in freezer bags with vermiculite. I meant plastic totes not bags, lol.
