Fabulous video Cal, thank you. I think it might be a bit hot for me,(cut down on the Chilli). The Thai dressing is all important, I would have had to cook the second squid.

There’s two reasons for that mate. The first one is, personally, I’m not overly keen on the texture of the tentacles. The second reason is, they’re so robust, they make an excellent bait for bream. You can throw them out a couple of times and they stay intact. That’s just a personal preference though. Cheers.
