This is great, my musicteachers back then saw reading diddnt work out for me,. But if they played it instantly jumped on plus improvising. Those were my strengths and thats what a good teacher is cause yes every student is different. And they also learned new music from me as i did from them which is great. Keep up the great work Andrew!

In another life you would be my music teacher and life is good.

Andrew, you've seen my comments before and I always say this, but I'm not a drummer, so I'm an, if not several, orders of magnitude more removed from any beat or groove than you are in this story at the beginning. Anyway, your story was about a few things, but I mean at least in terms of the first bit.... That joy and sense of seeing/hearing something new you couldn't grasp, how do you think it is for us when we catch you see the joy in something, become excited or struck and drawn out own ears to things inside music we may already know well, let alone stuff and styles we don't listen to at all?

Yes! This type of experience reminds me that I'm a student. No ones a master :)

I don’t like heartwarming tales. My father died of excessive heart warmth. it’s a sad story.

I know this video won't get the likes that a Luke Holland or Joey Jordison reaction video would. but, I want you to know it's appreciated. you're appreciated. I love all your content and wish you the best in anything you do. ...Thank you.
