Jeongyeon was on hiatus due persistent neck pains, affecting her ability to perform, eventually leading to anxiety and spinal surgery and a long recovery period afterward. The first major public sign of this struggle was when she requested to not have her More & More fan-cam released, though at that time, the reason wasn’t publicly disclosed. So from mid-2020 til early 2022, she was often absent from choreographies or filmed content. In fact, when their last world tour kicked off, it was uncertain if she’d be joining the rest of the group. She wasn’t present for the initial Korean dates, but she surprised everyone when she performed starting with the US dates. If you watch fan cams from those shows, you can see how her stamina and confidence ramped up over that leg of the tour. The hair whip footage in this guide is from then, when she was comfortable wildin’ out again.

2 members had to take a break due to anxiety, Mina took hers in 2019 and Jeongyeon last 2020. Jeongyeon had to take hers twice because of her neck disc operation and came back strong in 2021 with her attending their 3rd World Tour last year.

If you REALLY wanna get to know their raw personalities, you have to watch shows like Time to Twice. As for music, I LOVE their b-sides more than their title tracks. Wallflower, Basics, Love Foolish, Cactus, are just a FEW of my favorites. More and More dance practice is probably my favorite dance practice video by Twice. Feel Special is probably the most meaningful song for Once and Twice.

I still think the best guide for Twice ever put out was A Beginner’s Guide to Twice! (Who is who?) by Cody and Wyatt. It talks about the members, and the group journey. The only drawback is that it's now 3 yrs old.

Twice have loads of content on their Official YT Channel if you want to see their personalities more, Twice's Seize the Light (9 episodes) will contain a bit of their journey as well. For discography, it's best to listen to it in release order so you can see there growth thru the years.

It's not that idols aren't allowed tattoos, korea has a dislike of tattoos and quite a lot of idol programs are sort of family friendly, so they cover up tattoos. Some companies do straight up forbid their idols from getting tattoos and might even censor any visible tattoos. It's actually becoming more common for idols to get tattoos nowadays though
