Green is my favorite color, so I'm all over this house, love all the other colors too! I'd only want a patio door in the dinette, an opening window above the kitchen sink, ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms, an opening window in the potty room, and move the shower faucet to the opposite wall in the master shower and carpeted bedrooms. Hey Todd, My husband Dan and I are the folks that you met from Newnan Georgia. We did get over to Minton homes and checked them out. Thanks for the tip! If you get a chance can you do a video at Timberline on the Snow Cap? It’s the 5bed/3bath house on the left side of the lot- I think 3rd house back. I can’t remember the exact layout but I had a star next to it on my sheet. We really loved The Lizzie at Minton. So far it’s our favorite. It was nice meeting you. Thanks for what you do! Hi Todd! What a great tour of a lovely home! You pointed out all the changes I would make, however I would put a window in the toilet area of primary bathroom and maybe a small one in the pantry. However, still a beautiful home with great price!😊

That is a very nice huge pantry and with wood shelves. The secondary bathroom is very nice with lots of storage. The water heater in the closet is a big NO! Wood shelves in all closets are a plus. Small bathtub in master, I would remove and put storage cabinets in its place. Ceiling vents are a plus. This is a very nice home. 😊

Can you take out tub In MB add bench with storage or cabinets, just add shower instead of tub in guest bath. Great utility room!
