The would definitely opt out of that 1970's vented hoodrange over the stove & upgrade to a microwave. I like the darker colors as well, just look so warm & welcoming, I think I would also upgrade to pocket doors, or a sliding door but not barn style though just a plain sliding door to the primary bathroom door in stead of the swing door. Oh, yes, I would also upgrade to sliding doors in the dining room to build a deck off of for my outdoor kitchen.

Hope it's better built than my 2 year old Clayton home. I would go with another manufacturer. Buyers beware.

Major problem was the roof since it was new. Alot of rippling with the shingles. Corresponded with Clayton, they reluctanly came to inspect last January...Have not heard from them since. Had to reglue some countertops, leaky plumbing. Once you buy it you are on your own.

​@@grlentz5500thank you cuz I was going to buy one from a lot I didn't know why these mobile homes were just sitting in the lot for almost a year they were brand new homes but nobody didn't want to buy them I see why
