The gaslighting that occurs for me now when I hear things like this. For anyone who has tried their best to be positive in dark days and nothing "magical" has happened, you're not alone. Don't think you're doing something wrong, or that you're not good enough. Don't turn on yourself. "Just keep swimming."

Exactly. What is the basis for the assumption of a "magical" solution waiting in the wings? I used to be susceptible to this kind of gaslighting before, but I then I learned that magical thinking is actually a trauma response and that some people will take advantage of that to make $$$. Conveniently, if nothing magical happens of course the "gurus" can always say its your fault, you weren't positive enough. Whatever happens for me is a result of my own effort and there's nothing wrong with that. We can be kind to ourselves as we put forth effort. But it's effort all the same - no magical "energy force" is coming and I know it.

I love how this is coming from a space of allowing a higher energy to do something through me. I really appreciate that concepts 10 years ago may no longer serve us. And I see that frameworks that seemed to be work even last year continue to stop working. The falling apart is now what our universe is moving toward and I am learning to get more comfortable with discomfort. These spiritual teachers speak with such conviction. Every 5 years or so they contradict themselvs...but STILL.......all the conviction in the world. Starseeds need to wake up and understand....a lot of the people embodying higher frequencies in the last couple of decades are just winging it. There's very little discernment applied to what is being experienced. But many have positioned themselves as "authorities" because they think they are "channeling their higher self". If people face problems or traumas in direct relation with the suggestions of these teachers.........are they accountable? Do they have a concept of spiritual negligence? Obviously you can't question them ever.......specially if you don't come acros as a love and light yes man.......because their vibrational attention is reserved for only what uplifts their energy............there is no room for questioning.....discussion.......and certainly no displeasure (how are they more evolved than the rest of the population again?). The spiritual communitty has become one big kumbaya party. Only the accepted narratives are entertained. No discernment....no conflicting ideas....no accountability.

This resonates today. Been getting really strong anxiety as a result of work related stress. I normally feel so guilty about going on the sick and usually return a little too quickly, but the strength of the symptoms has pushed me to the point I asked the doctor to sign me off for 2 weeks. At the same time, an answer to a conundrum I was having around career change seems to potentially be emerging. Also I spoke to a friend of mine who said I’m the fourth friend of hers she’s recently heard say they are taking time off work due to burnout .
