I tried to be as comprehensive as possible, but there was a lot to cover. There was definitely still stuff I left out!

Oh God, History and Flow Arts together? There's no way you could've captured my nerdy, nerdy attention more completely. I might have to just rewatch this over and over again. ...*ponders how to get Drex to do a podcast "History of the Flow Arts" that she can listen to on road trips* ...Patreon bonuses? ;)

+Alexis Krohn I've actually pondered the idea of doing an oral history of the Flow Arts before, but I wasn't sure if there was enough demand for a thing like this.

+DrexFactor Poi Okay, this is me making a demand. Demanded!

I know I am 4 years late but I recently got into the flow arts (levi wand) but I primarily do color guard (specifically rifle and sabre). How much do you think color guard influences the flow arts? And how known is color guard within the flow arts community? Personally, I have NEVER seen the flow arts represented within color guard, I have seen some shows where hoops are involved but it's always a quick visual gimmick and never is actual hoop spinning/dancing. It just blows my mind how the worlds have never collided when they're both the same premise (except one is easier to get into and doesn't hurt as much...lol)

Maori was recognised as a written language in 1989. Before then, there was no dictionary for Maori words. Growing up in the South Island as a white kid, i understood with the way they looked at me, no words needed. When they looked at me with bulging eyes, it was time to get out of their way.

Indian club is not a politically incorrect term if it comes from the near east. It's probably in reference to India and not American indigenous people.

INTJ personality style. Explanations or stories typically start with the Big Bang, or thereabouts, and move forward. Systemizer, over empathizer.

I know you said, "the wider movements arts world" but I heard, "the whiter movement arts world". Not wrong.
