There aren't many in that area of the country that I know, but if you go to our breed club's website at www.ckcsc.org/breeders, you can find a list of member breeders and you can filter by state. I have always found that ckcsc member breeders are generally among the most reliable breeders in the country. I had that a few years ago. Very similar to this surgery - the procedure is easy, but there is a fairly long period of gentle recuperation.
