From one farm girl to another, great job! Great to see a family working together and passing on those skills to the next generation. The sense of accomplishing things is so rewarding. Proud of you and your family getting 'er done!

Now I understand why it took 5 months. You literally stripped it right back, changed its back door and rebuilt it. Wow, what an amazing example of a labour of love. It was well worth your heart & sol because she looks beautifully transformed and I know she will give you years because of all the hard work you & your husband put into her. Thank you for sharing. You have given me ideas for mine!

Sooo awesome! My toes admittedly curled when I saw how close the grinder was to your super sweet braid; once you got new battery for 3 welds... Concern aside, the inspiration is million times stronger... Way to go!!! Beautiful!

Great video! I’m starting the phase of tearing down the side walls too! Is your roof fiber glass? If so any tios on cleaning, patching and smoothing? Cheers from Canada!

Wow! What a tremendous amount of work but the trailer turned out beautiful in the end. You had a vision of what you wanted it to be and made it happen, very impressive! I haven't read the back story on the trailer, but most people probably would have thought it was junk. Great job of putting the video together too, and I like your music choices!

@@heartysol I don't think I will do as much as you did to yours. I plan on doing enough to get me in there and working on wood projects. I will post a video when I'm done. Thank you so much for getting back to me!

I've built three of these for customers in the last few years. My advice: DON'T start with the cheapest pile of rust you can find. You're money ahead to start with a structurally sound trailer. Rust holes in sheet metal are fine since they often have to be replaced anyway. If it's been knocked out of the road and the frame is warped, find another. This was a great walk thru video, thanks for posting.

I read the blog, well skimmed it 2-3 times, I can't seem to find answers to a couple of questions? How did you make the kids bar? (So cute!!) & The bars on the outside of the trailer, when it is closed up I don't see the support brackets on the outside? How did you do this
