What is happening to all these prison and police officers? Is there a competition to see who can be the chubbiest?, now this prison officer would not make a good police officer, the requirement to pursue and detain?, the pursuit id right out, but me would get extra points for detention, he would just sit on them. That would be excessive force though. There was once upon a time when supervision would make sure that there was an standard with regard to personal appearances, i must say this has gone right out the window.
