Hi Rick and Kathy... today I had lunch with a friend of mine at an outdoor restaurant on the Ohio river. We had a pot roast sandwich. She and I have been friends for 58 years, since junior high school. She is dealing with cancer. It was a beautiful day today.

I was gifted a Hot logic mini XP for Mother’s Day and I think I’ve use it at least 2 or 3 times per week. I made homemade Mac and cheese in mine today with hamburgers on the grill. I really want the large hot logic. I love Kathys idea of having a picnic with all our hotlogics! I’m about 90 miles from you and would attend in a heartbeat. My grandkids and I pile in the car together and go to the drive in movie at least once a month in the warm months. Enjoy watching you unbox gifts you receive. You can make an egg casserole in the hot logic while camping. Those RV’s are really nice, they look just like a house on the inside. They have modern updated kitchens with tv’s and bathrooms. A condo on wheels, they cost as much as my condo.

My late Father In Law used to butter a slice of bread and then rub it over his corn on the cob, he hated using an extra utensil, LOL. I got the refrigerator blues! My five year old fridge died and I bought a new one, they deliver the new one and its damaged out of the box. Now I got my replacement today and its good, but i feel bad for the delivery guys, cause when they pulled there truck in they hit my oak tree and tore the side off part of the truck! I think it's 150. The Hotlogic only uses 45 watts. They sell Hotlogics for the car with a 12 volt plug. Maybe you know that. Check the link in the video description and theres a discount code there if you buy something there. Thanks for watching! :)

I make fresh corn on the cob in mine quite frequently. It is always delicious, fully cooked, and crispy with a nice snap when you bite into it. . Not soggy at all. The ONLY time it was soggy was the one time I used frozen corn orn on the cob. However, I find frozen corn on the cob ends up soggy, no matter what cooking method is used.
