I wish this elephant could remain free but not have to beg and where he could receive medical care, love and protection. If anyone knows how I could help accomplish this, please respond. He is obviously very intelligent and humane. It breaks my heart to see his life.

There is this largest animal care facility in india called vantara. It is managed by anant ambani, son of the richest person of India named mukesh ambani. You can search for it on internet. They have most sophisticated facilities for elephants, including medical treatment.
