The painted eggs are from Italy, I don't remember precisely when I send them. The smaller ones are hen eggs and the bigger one is a goose egg. Usually they're for Easter, but they fit perfectly for Christmas too 🎄

I use the old cushions for my dogs. I make some dust cover or pillow covers and change /wash them weekly, so the dogs have clean beds every week. We have a big reorganization in our dinning room and salon to decorate them with the thousands of Christmas decorations we have. We do Santa Klaus and the Nativity scene, as we are a British/Spanish family. We are looking forward to it!! 🎄🎅

You and your reduction made me giggle very much, it brightened up this dreary gray day here in Lynnwood WA, made me wish that I could be there with you someday to share the experience of La Lalande, it literally like a dream to be there. Wish you had handicap accessibility there where I could get around to enjoy it. I had a stroke 2 years ago which took my hearing in my left ear and it took my balance too so now I walk with a walker. It’s frustrating but it’s better than not walking at all. It will take a few years of therapy to re-train my brain and walk around without my walker but I still may need a cane then I might get to La Lalande my husband and I are pretty old I’m 64 and my husband is 70 but we both love France so we’d love to go back there and La Lalande is a place where I’d love to visit.

Ah, mince pie. My sister-in-law made green apple mincemeat from my Army buddy's aunt's recipe. It is absolutely wonderful and will be on the table at our party tomorrow. We don't have quite the variety of china as LaLande, but we'll endeavour to persevere...
