From the initial vision to the hard work involved removing the rubbish and then onto the detailed work of the electrics and design of such beautiful and workable spaces! I was so impressed with the transformation in the place where there was a tree initially to a covered, airy, light filled and beautiful space! I think the fact you took on this immense project and completed it in 9mo with only 1 person working on it is just incredible! You did an amazing job, WOW so nice, when I saw the beautiful staircase first thing came to my mind is some kind of water feature in their or on the rock would be amazing. You could do it without plumbing just a recirculating pump and vessil(s? of some sort with plants hanging too it would be beautiful addidion. Chris should be proud of his work, so many tedious steps must have been involved to get it done. Your taste in tile and fixtures etc and the way the staircases were done really tastefully designed, so airy and light for a basement unit.

That was a massive amount of work to even clear out the basement and get supplies in to restore it. Chris is very talented and it looks amazing. Let’s admit it : the entrance with the ancient steps and the vase (!) are the highlights of the property . I would upgrade the ceiling in the area to something more cool looking and more open to the natural lighting . The white bare wall can be decorated also with some cool antique pieces from the flee markets . And I would place some real plants in that vase - to give it another life all over again ! Good luck ❤
