Stephanie, since you're warming up to Art Nouveau you HAVE to make a weekend trip to Nancy in Lorraine! A bit far away from Lalande but it's the French capital of Art Nouveau with a gorgeous Musee de l'Ecole de Nancy dedicated to local Art Nouveau artists (households names such as Emile Galle, Majorelle, Vallin...), Daum display at the Fine Arts Museum, Villa Majorelle, and plenty other places to visit which will certainly all convince you that Art Nouveau is such a cheerful, beautiful, optimistic and fun style!

I'm speechless! I can't wait for Sunday now. I love La Lande but Art Nouveau is my favorite style and that is the most magnificent example of it that i have ever seen. Château Laurens is at the top of my must see list now. Spectacular! I think the reason it is so superior is because of how bright and cheerful it is. Most art nouveau is a little moody or drab as far as colors go but this was like sunshine through jewels. Absolutely amazing. Thank you for taking us along.💕🌷

Love your videos, I watch you from Florida. I’ve debated whether to tell you this. I have a little dog only 6 pounds. He’s not 2 yet, full of love and life, he’s daddy was also very small also. One day his daddy was playing with two dogs, friends of the family, large great dogs, well they all got to playing around and accidentally one of the large dogs rolled over him and broke the poor little dog’s neck, it was an accident, they just got carried away. I tell you so you guys are careful. They are small and fragile little dogs 🐕 ❤ Can’t wait to see what your aunt does with there house. I’m sure it will be beautiful:)

The style kinda made me think of Egyptian hiroglifics. I think that such chateaus should be preserved and kept safe, as whoever designed it, painted it, it was a dream of love and ingenuity.
