I don’t think it’s meant to be used behind the escutcheon! I don’t see what purpose it would have. Hope you are well my friend 😁

You would have thought they would have made it out of paper, not metal. I was going to ask on the hub, but I thought it was a newbie question, and I would have gotten shot down.

Hi, how much did you charge to remove, replace and upgrade the Union 2242 (rebated 2-lever sashlock) to the Union StrongBolt 2200 c/w 13mm rebate kit? Also, how long did it take? thanks GC (locksmith in Gt Manchester)

Hi. It took around 45 minutes to fit as most of the work was done due to the existing union being fitted. With regards to the cost, if you want to message me I’d be happy to tell you what it charged. I don’t like to show prices on social media for obvious reasons. Thanks for watching 😁🙏🏼
