The best time to walk in Malaysia are cloudy days, but do bring an umbrella with you and prepare for rain. If it's a sunny weather, it's recommended to not walk under the sun for long periods of time. The heat from the sun plus the humid air are a constant danger. So much so that even the most physically tough people are at risk of heat strokes. Other than that, I do hope you always stay safe and enjoy Malaysia. Thank you for your honest points, it really helps us to improve!

Have to agree with you 300%. Malaysians, are very nice people .. until they drive their cars. its like suddenly a demon in them sprung to life and took control. its a chain reaction. due to the poor driving habit. it affected the traffic. thus affecting the schedule of the public transport in general. i think the core problem is the people itself. the government need to focus on educating young malaysians on traffic ethics .

In the past, Japan also lacked traffic education and often violated traffic rules. Especially drunk driving. However, recently, the fines for drunk driving have become higher and the penalties for violations have become stricter, so the number of people who violate has decreased. In Malaysia, it may be good if the government enhances education. Thank you for watching and commenting.
