Terrific road stop, great company and some stunning landscape footage - another great vlog. Loved the footage of Jah and Romeo (brought a smile once more). Also, your drive through the surrounding desert landscape and the heat was emphasised by the closing shot of Cat's amazing garden - it will be a good few months before we see any roses in bloom over here in Scotland. after 25+ years of visiting vegas, i made it out to Nelson last Halloween, thanks to a friend suggesting it. i had seen a few images from there in the past. seeing it in person was a lot of fun, and we didn't get to see everything you did. a wedding happening while we were there meant no access to the area around the chapel that you got to see.

On the stone plaque you read, the Ancient and Honorable Order of E Clampus Vitus (ECV), is a fraternal organization dedicated to the preservation of the heritage of the American West, AKA...Clampers, especially the history of the Mother Lode and other gold and silver mining regions. There are chapters in California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Montana, and Wyoming. At the 8:41 mark, that is a 1960 Nash Metropolitan.
