F.A.N.G DOES show up in the World Tour, you talk to him as part of the mini-quest line to become A.K.I's student and unlock China as a location...he's just a CAC character but he looks a lot more serious and less goofy..well as less goofy as a guy that thin, tall, and lanky can look, he's going under his undercover name of Fang Fei. There's also a comic cutscene where they bring his VA back to read over a letter A.K.I sends him.

Welcome to day number # 269 of waiting on week of JP. I manged to hide out in a abandoned bunker. Most of it has collapsed inside. I found a Boar so i have meat an some water to last me maybe a week before i have to go back out hunting. If they find me or approach within a 67m radius around the bunker i will have to activate the still working self destructive sequence and head more up the mountain.

Gosh man they’ve done such an amazing job with this game so far. The characters feel like they can do so much as opposed to 5 where it felt very limited, atleast for the first couple of seasons before they started making a bunch of huge additions and changes. 5 in the first year after launch was very rigid
