@MissBelieber1994 hmmm... i guess it can help.. but you by stretching your legs out as if like reaching for your toes and doing stretching things with your legs? do you need to hold them for a few minutes? and speaking of doing the illusion without the turn do you mean just throwing yourself down and trying to put your leg up? lols i'm sore for now.. so i'm not really doing anything yet ... sorry for too much questions xD .. i didn't know you were a dancer! i love dancing but i suck xD

once you get the balance in your alesecondes, it is way easier!!! don't try it until you have them mastered because then you try it and its really easy!

Easy to see that she is a nice dancer. Careful not to inwardly rotate the left leg the second before pushing off into the turn. Harder to detect when performing the movement full out, easy to see in the slower demo. Great control and use of core.

i thought an illusion was like an ariel, but you chest faced horizontal to the ground (instead of vertically in an ariel). am i thinking about something else?

The leg just comes out she doesn't move her leg in the beginning. She keeps it to the side. It just looks like she's bringing it around her body
