A laptop stand? Portable desk? Side table? The Ikea Bollsidan!

For a long time I wanted to replace my shaky portable table with something more solid.. then found the Bollsidan while walking through an Ikea store. Here's my take on why it works for me.

I recline quite a bit on my office chair (that has a typical 5 star legs & castors) and I want to use this stand for my mouse and keyboard. I wonder how close I can pull this stand towards me as I recline. Will the legs of the office chair get in the way?

Great review. What are your mousepad dimensions? Any tip to find mousepad close to the table's dimensions? (360x680cm)

Thanks! I was thinking the same as you yesterday. I use the Elecom desk pad - it's 40 by 80 cm. A little too small for the table. The logitech pad is a little bigger and m9re suitable I would think.
