a LAZY yet PRODUCTIVE college vlog | grocery haul, trying new workout, bun tutorial, work from bed

Heyooooo I decided to pick up the camera and vlog my lazy day! Halfway through I decided to actually leave the apartment and go to Trader Joe's and try a new workout on the treadmill. I also show you guys how to do my easy chic bun! Also talk about how me and my roomie split grocery costs, etc. It's fun to work from bed and be all cozy for a few hours I really enjoyed it haha.

it hurts me every time you brush your wet hair with that brush hahaha I bleach my hair and that damaged my hair so bad. my hair dresser told me to put product in it when I get out of the shower and then brush from the ends up with a wide tooth comb and doing that made my hair so much healthier. I'm sure you already knew that but I thought I would share just in case! love youuuu

danielle i am now as blonde as you and it makes your hair so so prone to breakage so when you brush your hair after your shower PLEASE be gentle and start at the ends and work your way up!! love love love you

Wet hair is extremely fragile and brushing it wet should be avoided but if needed done you should do it with a wet brush because they’re supposed to be better for your hair. Your also supposed to brush your hair from the bottom up to remove the knots slowly or you can really break your hair. I agree though tips are helpful not attacking others!

@@heidsland masks protect both you and others with the exception of thin neck gaiters, which were proven in a Duke study to protect yourself but not others. I guess if she had booked a totally private gym session that’s one thing, but particles linger indoors so even if she was the only one there it’s not great to have a mask off indoors if someone else might be coming or there’s employees around.

Actually a lot of gyms dont enforce wearing masks on the treadmill because its a heavy breathing workout but you do have to be 10 ft apart when not wearing a mask and no one was in there so i think its fine
