A leisurely swim with albino elephant calf Khanyisa and the Jabulani elephant HERD - Part 1

Things seem to be going rather swimmingly with Khanyisa and her new family, the Jabulani Herd!
Judging by this long and leisurely afternoon swim that Adine shared with us, they all seem to be in their element. Even a herd of buffalo wanted to join in the action, but Jabulani was not having any of it, and chased them away quite abruptly!
Khanyisa just loves being in the water, submerging her sweet buoyant body completely and losing herself in the moment. She has already learned that after swim time comes sand time, all of which helps protect her sensitive skin from the sun's harsh rays.
Tomorrow we will share part of two ❤❤ of their swim, which has a lovely scene with the bulls of the herd.

I wish I could use my nose to spray myself with water 😂 Khanyisa is sooo cute in the water. They all are. That must feel so good. The boys club didn’t want to get out of the water 💕💕
