This audio is suitable for listeners of any gender. Contains no roleplay elements. Unfortunately there are some minor sound quality issues that are beyond my control, you probably won't notice them but hopefully they don't take you out of the experience. This audio contains some mindfulness and focusing on your body, which could make some listeners uncomfortable.
This is a guided relaxation audio involving some gentle breathing exercises, mindfulness and visualisation techniques. In this audio, I invite you to relax with me, whether you'd like to join me in my relaxation techniques or just listen to me doing them. I guide you through some breathing techniques, taking slow, deep belly breaths as your rhythm hopefully syncs up with mine.
I incorporate some guided imagery and visualisation, focusing on the oxygen we breathe and how it is provided by the plants, expressing gratitude to them for giving us what we need and how in return we give them the carbon dioxide they need. I reflect on the symbiotic nature and the harmony that exists between us, and how all people are united by our need to breathe. How we connect to each other through the air and sky. You can interpret this subject spiritually if you like, but I don't present it in an overly spiritual way. It's more just reflecting on nature and biology in a calming, soothing kind of way. After that, I let you know that you can take as much time as you need to breathe and relax, that there's nothing you need to do, just breathe. Eventually you can gradually start moving and stretching, coming back into the world. The audio fades out with my breathing.
