Please when you said to repeat the experiment did you mean starting over each 15 seconds during the 5 minutes using different test tubes with different concentrations or did you mean just increasing concentrations at intervals

Neither. I meant repeatedly read and record the absorbance at fixed time interval. The tube is untouched as the reaction is occurring inside.
