Still continuing with South West Wales, but now we are more or less back on the mainland. More or less because Strumble Head is on a small Island, attached to the mainland Wales by a smallish bridge. Once again, not open to the Public and you can't rent out the cottage there, however, in the area is the following:

@@PeterHalil it was the same today. I watched the Red bull downhill bike racing in Tasmania. If there was a lighthouse video I would have watched that too. It's coke today with lots of ice. No tea :)

Has a storm swept away any lighthouses built in the last 100 years? They are well-designed, but I don't think I could handle that lifestyle. I recall hearing that lighthouses sway in storms from an interview with Peter or someone he spoke to. It's impressive how brave the men who work there are.

The fog system may not be conducive to getting a lot of sleep, but it could be useful for combating threats from pirates or the French! 💯🇬🇧

As I get older, I often find myself looking back and wondering if things were better in the past. I know it may sound like a cliché, but I can't help but wonder if this is just what happens when you start to age. I don't want to turn into one of those miserable old people who go around lecturing everyone about the good old days. I'm talking to myself here, making a mental note to avoid that kind of behaviour. But the truth is, I do sometimes look back and think that life was better before the advent of mobile phones and the internet. What do you think? Do you have an opinion on this? By the way, I hope you have a great weekend! ✌️

@@Erebusdidnothingwrongish I don't like the modern trend that seems to have taken over the whole World of people like zombies blindly walking along with eyes fixed to their outstretched mobile phones! Even parents with their ignored children in tow, anyway, they wont change, I guess. Take care

Another Lovely video Peter ....i wonder if a visiting cabinet maker made the curved furniture and fittings or perhaps there was a contract for it in general ? As there may be the need for a custom build for some Towers ? Always interesting ❤👍😎😎👍

I was wondering the same obscure thing. I guess it would depend on the radius of the lighthouse, they all look like they were made for that spot but I had a vision of a TH carpenter pumping out curved cabinets during the lighthouse's heyday.
