I feel educated people should come forward and there be any Universalist politics , because politicians are good in creating divisions and create vote banks , For a democracy to work in a healthly way the citizens needs to be educated and have wisdom and also caring in nature

thank you for making that choice. it's frustrating that we often feel we have to choose between the least bad candidate (although personally I'm quite impressed w/ Harris). I'd love if we implemented rank choice voting b/c outcomes from countries that have that seem so much better. for now, we do what we can.

i really wish we had viable 3rd party candidates. unfortunately, that's not the reality of our current system. if we want to truly change things, to build better systems, we have to be intelligent and intentional about how, and when, we use our power. doing work between election cycles to support 3rd party candidates can, and does, make a difference, but voting for a 3rd party candidate in the current election is not an effective use of your power.

I know there a lovely people in America. But it scares me that Donald Trump can have a second crack at the White House. What has happened to the USA ? How did this happen ? In Australia we have some wacky politicians, but compared to America they look sane. I hope the democrats win. I hope they bring the people within the USA back together again. I don't know how things work in your country, but I think people who excite people, make promises, make them believe easily, people who have a better chance of being elected leader, for example, Donald Trump, my opinion would be that way.

anyone can make promises. very few people can follow through. people who deserve to be leaders are those that can deliver on making positive change and those that seek to unite.
