They honored the Hero of Time in that timeline so I believe they remembered him as an adult. (Edit: the statue of him in Hyrule Castle is an adult) Thus Outset Island's tradition was meant for late teenagers. Edit: I'm currently playing WW HD and some characters on Windfall Island call him a kid. Yet there are children there and on Outset Island who are clearly younger and smaller than him. He does have child Link's voice actor so I conclude he's not an adult but likely an adolescent.

So now we have the Hero of Time and all three of his successors, the Hero of Legend, the Hero of Twilight, and the Hero of the Winds as well as the Hero of the Wilds. Most likely next is the Hero of Hyrule who will probably be extremely annoyed at Legend for letting Hyrule fall into decline by his time. Also, confused why Wild is so unhappy about going up Death Mountain? Also, it's quite clear that Legend never skips leg day.

As a result, he's stuck in his wolf link Form unless something else can break the curse in place of the normal game mechanic. If he does transform back, it'll likely be the result of a master sword.

lol, better not get into specifics- they were all in the veil of Twilight and none of them transformed into some other forms, then they got to the Dark World and they didn’t transform either (even Alttp Link didn’t transform into a bunny). I’d say that the physics/mechanics of their games still apply to them even though they are in different worlds, since only Botw Link can climb and the rest has to be pulled by the rope. Or TP Link just can’t change back.

@@puline397 - True, but then again the mirror from ALTTP was used incorrectly. In the games its given as a gift and can only transport you back out of the dark world. Only upon leaving the dark world can it leave a temporary portal back. So it seems that the animator may have just missed lore details, such as the triforce of courage being the cause of the wolf transformation (which OOT Link has). My other theory is based on timeline lore, which states that after the OOT split when Link goes back to the child timeline, the triforce is unable to follow and splits. That combined with Lorule lore, where Hilda tried to steal the triforce, could suggest that only 1 triforce can exist in a moment of time per timeline or world - which would mean OOT Link lost it after traveling to the timeline. As for BOTW Link, I can't recall if he had the triforce of courage or not. Not every Link does (ALTTP is proven not to because the entire triforce is together in the dark world.) My third theory is that the master sword protected OOT Link, as in Twilight Princess Link does not transform in the Palace of Twilight, which is after receiving the master sword. The master sword repels the curse from Zant away from Link, and from then on the only time he is forcibly transformed is in thick Twilight fog, implying that the fog is more powerful than just standing in the Twilight, and thus supporting the idea the master sword is protecting Link.

@@Dreamheart101 you have good theories but i think you’re thinking too deeply into this:) i mean, i made the previous comment to say that if we get too much into the specifics, we might find many more errors like that, but i forgot to say that, sorry about it. I’m just sure the animation creators simplified the specifics of the games to create a wonderful piece of comedy. if they wanted to keep closely to lore of each game, i don’t think something like this would be possible, it is common to simplify certain things and exaggerate others for the sake of a parody. And by their use of jokes and references, i know they love the zelda universe and have a lot of knowledge about it, so even if they have missed some lore they did not do it with ill intent. it’s all in jest. :) take TP Link for example, he acts like a derpy puppy, but he’s a wolf, not a dog, so should be more dangerous and feral. And to answer your Botw Link uncertainty, he doesn’t have the triforce. When Zelda is sealing Calamity Ganon at the end, the triforce flashes from her hand for a very short moment. it’s difficult to see, but i’m sure the triforce is in its entirety:) Wishing you a good day!:)

More like a more comedic parody of Linked Universe. Given that this is more comedic, while Linked Universe is a bit more serious toned with some comedy here and there. Linked Universe is an actual serious fan fiction comic while this is a straight up comedic fan parody. Hence why there's so many jokes in this compared to Linked Universe.
