My mom too she would boil Califlower not too soft or it would crumble then She dipped in egg breadcrumb and fry every thanksgiving we would have but I’m def trying this for Easter Sunday along with my leg of lamb 🌻🌻🌻

@@tmaffeo when I was little my mom even breaded and fried asparagus, zucchini and eggplant to get us to eat our vegetables, if worked I love veggies. Even if they aren’t fried.😁

Aww.....My Nonno Pio used to make that, and fried artichoke hearts too, for every holiday as appetizers.... we used to laugh because he would drain them on paper bags and then serve them on styrofoam meat trays (my grandmother was in charge of washing them well LOL) but we didn't care what he served them on because THEY WERE SO GOOD!!!! GOD BLESS NONNA PIA! THANKS FOR THE MEMORIES!! 🥰🙏
