I've recently been using an app called How We Feel and it basically lets you track your emotions throughout every day with some really quick prompts. It's been really helpful for me just in terms of being in touch with how I'm feeling at different points every day and reminding me to stay in touch with what makes me feel a certain way. It's nothing groundbreaking but I would definitely recommend since what you're describing in your intro sounds a lot like how I was feeling the last few weeks between law school finals, traveling home, holidays, etc. You're doing great!!!
