My Grandparents used to live in Wandsworth. I remember going shopping in the Arndale as a child in the 70s and 80s. They filmed several episodes of 'Grange Hill' there and also I think a car chase near there in one of the 'Sweeney' movies. Happy days.

Hi Dominic! Yes! That's right, I remember the Grange Hill now you've said it! I also remember the Arndale centre - seen a lot of changes round there. My mum and I were saying how we couldn't believe the amount of tower blocks that ha e recently been thrown up. I'm going to have to have a look for the car chase - I do like the Sweeney! Qxx

That first dress you showed was totally gorgeous, and it seemed totally your style. I hope that you got it. Love shopping with you. It is always a fun time. In America, we have TJ MAXX, and it is usually a mess year round, lol, but you can find some good deals if you want to dig around. 😂

I agree with Lisa below...our TJ MAX is horrible..Goodwills can be more organized than TJ Max...but some good deals sometimes...You and your Mum love to shop for the holidays ...you must have a huge gift list for your family...and Alfie will not want for any special treats for sure..Tis the Season for our wallets am I right...Yes..you working FT and showing us your count down till Christmas is so appreciated...I have to mail a huge box out tomorrow to North Carolina to my son and his family....it will cost a fortune, but only once a year is worth the money and effort....See you soon on here.... ⛄⛄⛄⛄⛄⛄⛄

Oh Queenie I don’t know how you do this and a full time job too x You are amazing x I was in London on Saturday omg Oxford street was horrendous I kept getting pushed out of the way in Fortnum’s I know I’m little perhaps people couldn’t see me x In the end I headed to Marylebone found a nice wine bar and had a very large glass of red 🍷 xxxx Love to all the family xxxx

Helen! I'm happy you made it to London and glad you found refuge with wine! It should be prescribed if approaching Oxford Street on a Saturday. Saying that, most places are like this most evenings now. It's so hard to get things done and to move about and it doesn't feel very pleasurable, it's why I tend to head outside the centre for normal shopping! I'm finding Vlogmas so much harder this year - work is busier and the weather is so atrocious - but I will power on! Lots of live to you all, darling. I hope you got home OK! Qxxx

I can't ever find rae Dunn mugs in the maxx, love actually my favourite so save it for Christmas day ❤did the red stag bowl come from tk maxx? Love it

Hi lovely! Yes, we got that bowl in there - total bargain, think it was 6 pounds! I found loads of Rae Dunn mugs at the beginning of the season, then when I went back, they had all gone. Think people buy them to sell on eBay because there are loads on there for double the price! My favourite fillm too, lovely. Think I will copy your Christmas Eve tradition this year!
