I just want to say thank you for posting your shop alongs. I absolutely love them. As an amputee I have less than 2000 steps a day before I am in extreme pain and watching your shop alongs helps me when I do get stuck in bed but also saves me steps so that I know what I want to buy to make my house pretty for the holidays before i get ti that limit by browsing. I just send screen shots of your video to my hubby who can then easily pick things up for me. THANK YOU 💛💛💛

Same here. My daughter just turned 9 but before her, my nephews were “mine”. Lol the oldest is almost 30 now. That has always been something about influencer culture I have never understood. When their kids come home with a lil ornament they painted at school or something, what do they say? Sorry honey, that doesn’t fit mommy’s theme this year, we can’t use it. I hope that doesn’t happen but my theme would have to be family thrift store or something. I even have ones my husband and I made when we were kids. Nothing matches, but everything has a beautiful memory with it. I can’t imagine doing something new and different every year. Sorry for jumping on your comment. 💙

We use the table runners on top of our credenza/dressers before we decorate so we don't have to dust throughout Christmas time! My FAV mom hack! 🎄🤣

I think you should pick a spot or room example the dinning room and only buy for that room . One room or spot a year spend the $ and do it right once , use it over and over add to it but do it right so it looks finished . Also try hobby lobby .they are cheaper to me , my friend has a theme for each room or color , you are so good at decorating!!

In Alberta Canada right now they got snow yesterday. I have it in Ontario Canada and we haven't had anything yet and honestly this year I can say that I'm getting it more into the Christmas spirit I really haven't been in the last 11 years after my brothers death and it's only because his birthday is the day right after Christmas on the 26 but I can't keep wallowing. I've been catching myself watching Christmas movies already and already started my Christmas shopping so let's bring on Christmas. Let's bring on cheer and let's let the healing process begin for me.

I made a stocking holder from a fence post, painted it red and white like a candy cane, put a large round ornament on top, and placed coat hooks on the post to hang the stockings. I also put directional arrows marked Reindeer Way, Santa's Workshop, etc. It turned out great and I've gotten a lot of compliments on it each year.

I have a friend that makes Huge 10-12 foot Nutcrackers using that heavy duty cardboard cylinders, used in construction, for the Nutcracker’s body (idk what they’re called), and different size pvc piping for the arms & legs, ball top finials for the shoulders. And she makes paints them and turns them into beautiful Nutctackers & sells them. They’re always so stunning & beautiful.

We have 2 Yorkies, 1 Snorkie, 1 Saint Bernard, and 2 cats. My husband bought them santa hat's yesterday, they weren't as excited as we were 😂❤. Your giveaways are always so nice and well thought out too. Watching you shop has made me feel like decorating for Christmas too. It is great to see someone who loves Christmas as much as I do. Our houses always look so beautiful (even when they are a mess ) and the Christmas smells are warm and inviting. My favorite holiday scent is always the fresh cut trees but all of them are delicious. Usually I decorate on Thanksgiving weekend but this year I think I'm starting the 1st of November. Thanks for sharing this with us. You are so amazing. I always tell my friends about your woman across the room and each of us have our own version of her. You are mine. You are all about your family and always do so much for them. What lucky kids! It always amazes me how much you get done every day with such a large family. My child is grown, I'm 59 and I still don't get as much done. After work I just wanna relax and you can guess what happens then lol.

I love my tree of everything. I have been collecting for years. Nothing matches its just a memory tree. Every year my mom and I bought my daughter a special ornament and now I do that for my grandchildren and when they grow up the will have a memory tree also. I try to buy ornaments that relate to what they love or what they are into that year. It's so fun to pull them out every year and remember their past interest. Oh, I always mark them with their name and the year. So precious!

THE QUILTED PILLOW WAS ADORABLE!!! You probably wouldn’t love my Christmas decor, because there are a few red trucks 🤣 But my style is vintage/homemade Christmas. If you walk into my house and feel punched in the face with Christmas spirit, I have done my job. Also, I love browsing Christmas platters and serveware, but as a military fam, it’s just not a possibility to store and move with holiday themed tableware. So watching you go through all those items is a treat for me. Makes me excited for whenever we can settle down and have a home big enough holiday hosting accoutrements.

Yes, the neutral, beige things! That wood star looks awesome! The glass tree looks very pretty also. The salt and pepper shaker in the shape of gingerbread house are adorable!! 16:27. 👵💜 I love wooden decor because a lot of it is unique being hand painted. Also gourds are hand painted. I only add hand painted decor every year.
