Great video and speed m8 the full swing launch monitor reads faster on clubhead speed and ball speed at higher speeds on trackman would be about 135 and 202 ball still scary speeds .

i like the idea of having to "unlock that next gear" just like working out. you've got to break through those plateaus in order to show your brain the body is capable. otherwise you'll instinctively stop and never really grow and or improve.

i believe tension is the enemy here preventing us from boing beyond a set goal. in your case 225 mph ball speed, 165 mph clubhead.

frame by frame comp between the 213.1 swing and Jacks at the end, all I see is that Jack's hips are facing target compare to Bubbie facing ball at impact. Fix that and I bet you get a mad jump

tough to say everyone has different strengths and different percentages of the big 3 for making power.... side to side, rotation, vertical. maybe bubbie has less rotational force but more vertical. we all have our natural strengths and weaknesses. if bubbie focused on more rotation it might inhibit one of the other two and his speed might actually end up dropping. idk tho

I'm having trouble breaking through the 121-125 club head speed with a 45 inch driver without tweaking my back a little and having to take off a week or two. Which brings me right back to were I started. Anyone have suggestions? (already stretch and warm up and do resistance training)

my pb right now is 121. i can get to 115-116 consistently but 118+ has been rare for me. I do know my problem tho , i need to lose weight. def. look at increasing strength and flexibility. and do consistent speed sessions. at least twice per week.
